We are seeking a talented Game Designer to create engaging game mechanics, optimize in-game economies, and drive player progression for our innovative Betting on Horse Racing game that combines real-money bets with real-time financial market dynamics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine gameplay, ensuring a balanced and immersive experience.

📋 Your responsibilities on the project will be:

1. Game Mechanics & Core Systems:

  • Develop data-driven retention strategies to increase active users and reduce churn.
  • Work closely with CRM, email marketing, and in-game messaging teams to create engaging campaigns.
  • Analyze player behavior, deposit trends, and session frequency to personalize offers.

2. Game Economy & Monetization:

  • Create and optimize in-game economies, virtual currencies, and incentive structures.
  • Design monetization mechanics, including in-app purchases, challenges, and subscription models.
  • Work with data analysts and developers to fine-tune pricing models and user spending behavior.

3. User Engagement & Gamification:

  • Develop psychology-based engagement strategies to maximize retention and lifetime value.
  • Design leaderboards, achievements, daily missions, and competitive features.
  • Optimize tutorials, onboarding flows, and player education systems to ensure accessibility.

4. Prototyping & Iteration:

  • Develop wireframes and prototypes to test new gameplay concepts.
  • Use A/B testing and player feedback to refine mechanics.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to bring concepts to life.

5. Data-Driven Game Balancing:

  • Work closely with data analysts to monitor engagement KPIs.
  • Adjust game rules, difficulty scaling, and reward distribution based on player behavior.
  • Identify and address churn risks by improving game flow and mechanics.

5. Compliance & Ethical Game Design:

  • Ensure gameplay and monetization comply with industry regulations and responsible gaming practices.
  • Work with legal teams to meet iGaming and fintech compliance requirements.

🗞 Our requirements to you:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience as a Game Designer;
  • Game Economy Design – Strong understanding of virtual economies, in-game currency, and monetization strategies;
  • Player Progression & Gamification – Experience designing leveling systems, missions, and achievements;
  • Data Analytics & A/B Testing – Ability to analyze gameplay metrics, retention rates, and user behavior;
  • Scripting & Prototyping;
  • User Behavior & Player Psychology – Strong grasp of behavioral psychology in gaming;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.

💥 It would be cool if you have experience with:

  • Experience in Fintech or Trading Games – Understanding of financial simulations and real-time market-based mechanics;
  • Understanding of iGaming Compliance – Knowledge of gambling regulations, RNG mechanics, and responsible gaming policies;
  • Machine Learning for Personalization – Familiarity with AI-driven game balancing and personalized user experiences;
  • NFT & Web3 Gaming (Optional) – Understanding of blockchain-based gaming economies.
