📋 Your responsibilities on the project will be:
1. Player Retention & Engagement Strategy
- Develop data-driven retention strategies to increase active users and reduce churn.
- Work closely with CRM, email marketing, and in-game messaging teams to create engaging campaigns.
- Analyze player behavior, deposit trends, and session frequency to personalize offers.
2. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design automated retention campaigns (emails, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages) based on user segments.
- Build player lifecycle journeys (welcome flows, reactivation campaigns, VIP programs, churn prevention).
- Optimize loyalty programs and rewards for long-term player engagement.
3. Bonus & Promotion Management
- Create and optimize bonuses, cashback programs, daily challenges, and seasonal promotions.
- Implement A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of different promotions.
- Ensure bonuses align with revenue goals and prevent bonus abuse.
4. VIP & High-Value Player Management
- Develop exclusive VIP retention strategies to retain high-value players (whales).
- Personalize offers for top depositors through tailored rewards, events, and account managers.
5. Churn Prevention & Win-Back Strategies
- Identify early signs of churn using behavioral analytics and predictive modeling.
- Create win-back campaigns for inactive players through special promotions.
- Implement exit surveys and feedback loops to understand why users leave.
6. Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track key retention KPIs: DAU, MAU, Retention Rate (D1, D7, D30), LTV, and Churn Rate.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, and SQL to measure retention performance.
Present insights and actionable reports to the leadership team.
7. Compliance & Responsible Gaming
- Ensure retention strategies align with gambling regulations and responsible gaming policies.
- Work closely with the customer support and KYC teams to prevent fraud and promote ethical engagement.

🗞 Our requirements to you:
- 5+ years of experience in player retention and lifecycle marketing.
- Deep understanding of CRM & Marketing Automation tools.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
- Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and performance optimization.
- Strong experience in designing and managing loyalty programs and promotions.
- Experience in the iGaming or fintech gaming industries.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
💥 It would be cool if you have experience with:
- AI & Predictive Analytics for churn prediction and player segmentation.
- VIP & High Roller Management.
- Omnichannel Retention Strategies (email, push, SMS, Discord, in-app messaging).
